Apostle Cheryl Jackson-Perry PhD

is the founder and overseer of Shachah World Outreach Ministries, Inc (SWOM).

Shachah, the Hebrew word for worship, Shachah World Outreach Ministries is a worshipping, apostolic and prophetic ministry. She functions in the office of Apostle in this ministry and has worked successfully in many churches within the United States and in Africa.

God has birthed out of Apostle Perry a powerful worship and prayer anointing which has strongly impacted all who participate in her ministry.

Dr. Perry received her BS in Music from Northeastern Illinois University and her MAEd in Educational Counseling from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Perry also attended McCormick Theological Seminary and later went on to receive her PhD in Biblical Studies from the Midwest Bible College and Seminary.

As founder and overseer of Shachah World Outreach Ministries Apostle Perry continues to manifest her God mandated vision for the nations by flowing under a heavy apostolic prayer, prophetic, psalmist and teaching anointing. Her ministry flows through the medium of radio, as well as cable and satellite television.
